Where do you ship?
We ship to United States and Canada. Only U.S. shipments in the lower 48 states qualify for free ground shipping promotions.
Canadian customers:- Customers shipping to Canada will be charged additional tax and duty where applicable by your customs agent when the product arrives at the border. - Customers shipping to Canada cannot use Express checkout. You must create an account. When creating your account be sure to choose Canada in the drop down menu before pressing the "submit" button. - Customers shipping to Canada must use Ground only. - No expedited shipping to Canada.
We are not currently shipping to APO's. Please choose a physical address in the states for your order to be shipped to and have it forwarded by a family member or friend.
1) Orders received after 12:00 pm (noon) may not be shipped until the following day.
2) Provide a phone number in case we have a question about your order.
3) Be aware that 2nd Day Air does not mean that you get your product tomorrow. The day you order does not count as a day in shipping language.
4) UPS does not deliver on weekends unless you choose Saturday delivery. Please call us to make arrangements for Saturday delivery 866-231-7388.
What are your shipping charges?
UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air are calculated by the shopping cart during order checkout using UPS rates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover as forms of payment. Personal checks, cashier checks or money orders will be accepted with prior approval. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements.
The Camo Shop frequently advertises coupon codes for various discounts. However, only one coupon code per order is allowed. If you have more than one coupon code we encourage you to use the one that is most beneficial on your order.
The Camo Shop takes seriously the issue of safeguarding your privacy online. To ensure safety and confidentiality, we utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the industry standard for transferring sensitive information over the Internet. What is your Return for Exchange policy?
MERCHANDISE RETURN FOR EXCHANGE POLICY:
The Camo Shop will exchange any regular price item that is not damaged, worn or stained within 30 days of purchase. During the Christmas holidays we have extended this to 60 days.
To make an exchange:
1. E-mail: email@example.com for a return authorization INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING IN YOUR EMAIL:- Purchase's full name
- Your order number (if you have it)
- Reason for Exchange
- Item or Size you would like to exchange for
2. We will send a reply e-mail with the authorization approval return number, which needs to be marked on the outside of the box when return is sent to us.
3. Send the merchandise back to:ATTENTION: Return # (list your return number here)

What is your Return for Refund Policy?
MERCHANDISE RETURN FOR REFUND POLICY:
To obtain a refund: E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions for returning product.
- Generally, most items qualify for a full refund if returned within 30 days in original packaging and condition.
- Return requests after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
- No refunds are allowed after 60 days of the original order date. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Deductions on multiple savings items are subject to reduction if merchandise is returned.
- Lingerie is not eligible for returns or refunds.
- All swimwear returns have a 20% restock fee.
- We will exchange sizes on swimwear one time at no extra charge.
- If an order is returned for a refund that used a free shipping or discount coupon, the coupon amount will be deducted from the refund.
- During the Christmas holidays we extend our return priveleges to Jan. 31. Returns after the end of February purchased during the holidays are not eligible for a refund.
- All Bargain Bin sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
